Here's a few samples of what's inside:
Ceremonial last taxi of the F-14D Tomcat (163904) at the Tomcat Sunset festivities at NAS
Oceana on Friday, September 22, 2006.  Unfortunately, as this aircraft was taxiing out, it
developed mechanical problems and was not the final flight aircraft.  Kudos to NAS Oceana for
having a backup aircraft ready to go at the end of the runway as you will see in the next few
pages.  Center & bottom photo by Craig Scaling.
Four views of the P-40E, and the signature of Tex Hill that appears inside the door of the
rear storage compartment.  Tex Hill was a Flight Leader and flying ace of World War II.
He led a squadron in  the American Volunteer Group (AVG) Flying Tigers stationed in
Burma and China destroying 10.25 Japanese aircraft.  When the AVG was disbanded in
July 1942, Tex was one of only five Flying Tigers to join its USAAF successor, the 23rd
Fighter Group, where he racked up another eight victories.  Tex retired from the military
in 1968.  Bottom photo taken at Andrews AFB airshow in May of this year.
