After the Heritage Flight, Snort had some fun with the Mustang.  He is the one pilot who
makes a crowd gasp.  As soon as his wheels are off the ground they are tucked away.  He
flies so low sometimes that you swear he is cutting weeds.
Here’s another Mitchell that appeared in our last issue, but this time we caught it flying as
it was part of the aerial performances at the show.  This RB-25 (40-2168 later
redesignated 62-2867, NL2825B) ‘Miss Hap’ belongs to our friends at the American
Airpower Museum on Long Island.  It was at one time General Hap Arnold’s personal
transport and has the distinction of being the fourth Mitchell produced.
